Product Description

Product Overview

The magnetic drive centrifugal pump (referred to as the magnetic pump for short) is usually composed of an electric motor, a magnetic coupling, and a corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump. Its main feature is that it uses a magnetic coupling to transmit power, achieving complete leak-free operation. When the electric motor drives the outer magnetic steel of the magnetic coupling to rotate, the magnetic lines of force pass through the gap and the isolation sleeve to act on the inner magnetic steel, making the pump rotor rotate synchronously with the electric motor and transmit torque without mechanical contact. At the power input end of the pump shaft, since the liquid is enclosed in the stationary isolation sleeve, there is no dynamic seal, thus achieving complete leak-free operation.

The wetted parts of the pump can be made of corrosion-resistant materials such as 304, 304L, 302, 321, 316, 316L, UB6, CD4MCu, titanium alloy, and nickel-based alloy as required.

The CQB series magnetic pump is a new type of completely leak-free corrosion-resistant pump developed by the national joint design team for magnetic pumps. Its technical and economic indicators are equivalent to those of similar foreign products in the late 1980s. The type and basic parameters of the CQB series magnetic pump comply with the requirements of the standard TB/T7742-95 Small Magnetic Drive Centrifugal Pump.

Product Applications

The CQB series magnetic pump is suitable for industries including petroleum, chemical engineering, pharmaceuticals, smelting, electroplating, environmental protection, food processing, film & television processing, water treatment, and national defense. It is an ideal device for transporting flammable, explosive, volatile, toxic, rare/precious liquids, and various corrosive liquids.

It is applicable for conveying liquids (free of hard particles and fibers) with a maximum system working pressure of 1.6MPa, a temperature not exceeding 100°C, a density not greater than 1840kg/m³, and a viscosity not greater than 30cm²/S. For system working pressures exceeding 1.6MPa, custom design is available, and the maximum system working pressure can reach up to 15MPa.
