Structural Overview

The shell of this series is made of cast iron or stainless steel and can withstand the impact strength and strength tests specified by national standards and the technical conditions of this product. The creepage distance and electrical clearance comply with the relevant standards.

Structural requirements

a) The electrical clearance between conductive parts of submersible pumps with different potentials shall not be less than 6mm, and the creepage distance shall not be less than 10mm.
b) The material of the metal casing of the submersible pump shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 8 of GB/T3836.1-2021, and shall be cast using magnesium, titanium, and zirconium with a mass percentage not exceeding 7.5%
c) The surface roughness Ra value of the explosion-proof surface of the submersible pump shall not be less than 3.2 μ m, and rust prevention measures shall be taken (painting is not allowed).
d) The width and gap of the explosion-proof joint surface of the submersible pump shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 5 of GB/T3836.2-2021.
e) The fasteners of the submersible pump are equipped with devices to prevent them from loosening on their own.
f) All components of the submersible pump made of black metal shall be treated with rust prevention or made of stainless steel material.
g) The submersible pump is equipped with a warning sign in a prominent position that reads' No opening with power on '.
h) The introduction device of the submersible pump is of the pressure plate type or the compression nut type.
i) During the operation of the submersible pump, the deviation of the power supply voltage and frequency from the rated value should be in accordance with the provisions of GB755-2008
